Education Foundation Hosts Adult Enrichment Program

Neshannock Township Education Foundation is thrilled to announce the Spring 2017 Adult Enrichment Program!  We are excited at the thought of both residents and nonresidents coming onto the Neshannock Township School District campus to enrich their lives with our extremely talented course instructors.

Whether on your own or with some friends, we hope you’ll consider trying something new!  NTEF believes in the value of lifelong learning.  It is neither too late nor too early to live an enriched life while learning at any age!  Courses will be offered between February 27 and April 6, 2017.  Additional information, such as dates, registration fees, and course descriptions can be found in the Adult Enrichment Course Offerings brochure.  Please click on the link below to view our brochure:

The following courses will be offered:

  • Indoor Walking
    • Instructor, Mrs. Regina Manos
  • Introduction to Calligraphy
    • Instructor, Mr. Ned Yahn
  • Fitness Through Motivation
    • Instructors, Dr. Randy Nichols and Mrs. Mindy Nichols
    • The first seven registrants will receive a FREE heart rate monitor valued at $100! 
  • Vegetable Gardening
    • Instructor, Mr. Marion DiCola, Penn State Master Gardener
  • Distressed Wood Sign Making
    • Instructor, Mrs. Becky Sabo, Owner of Artsy Doodle
  • Hatha (Exercise) Yoga
    • Instructor, Mrs. Jennifer Jillson
  • Greeting Card Making
    • Instructor, Mrs. Karen Houk

Additional Information:

  • Registration and Payment Deadline:  February 22, 2017
  • Please make checks payable to Neshannock Township Education Foundation.
    • Neshannock Township Education Foundation is a component fund of The Community Foundation of Western PA and Eastern OH, a 501c3 organization.
  • Registration forms and payments may be dropped off to any Neshannock Township School District office, or mailed to:
    • Neshannock Township School District, Attn:  NTEF Adult Enrichment Program, 3834 Mitchell Road, New Castle, PA  16105
  • All courses have a minimum enrollment requirement.  In the event of low enrollment, the course will be cancelled.  In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to registered participants.  (Course registration fees are otherwise non-refundable.)
  • All courses will take place at Neshannock Township School District.  Upon registration, instructors will contact participants with specific course location information.
